Description
"HEPA Filter Pre-Solicitation Synopsis" This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract for high efficiency particulate air full size 24" HEPA filters and pre-filters full size 6"deep. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, contracting by Negotiation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 10 July 2019 via web site Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. The RFP number is W91ZLK-19-R-0084, hard copies of the RFP will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) for the RFP release and all subsequent amendments. This RFP will be issued as Unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 333413 (Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing). This acquisition will include one base year with four one-year option years. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. The details of the salient will be included in RFP W91ZLK-19-R-0084. All responsible sources are invited to submit a proposal which shall be considered by ACC-APG. All technical data required to respond to the solicitation will be furnished as part of the RFP.
