The solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide WiFi - Satellite Internet - Starlink *BRAND NAME* at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The 82nd Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, TX anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. For Brand Name Justification, please find Attachment 3 - FY26 Starlink Brand Name Justification. The applicable NAICS code is 517111, and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is #FA302026Q0008 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
