Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four option year (OY) contract for on-site CuAg Ionization Services at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Liquitech, Inc., has the proprietary rights to the equipment in use. Liquitech s technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The technicians are also the only individuals authorized to install and maintain the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these technicians. The government intends to award the contract on 07/01/2026 to Liquitech, Inc., 421 Eisenhower Lane South, Lombard, IL 60148; SAM UEI: T41NB3MDAPZ6 CAGE CODE: 06ZB1 The estimated Period of Performance will be 07/01/2026-06/30/2031. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within three (15) calendar days of this publication by contacting John Waldrip via email at john.waldrip@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. Respondents who submit proprietary data shall clearly mark the data with appropriate markings. The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this synopsis. This synopsis shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses are due no later than Monday, January 12, 2026, at 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time.
