Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement. 1. Contract Information: The Huntsville Engineering and Support Center, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (CEHNC) is seeking to identify qualified business sources to provide and install. To support the Military Health System (MHS) medical facility sustainment requirements for medical furnishings, MO&S will utilize the Packaged Office General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contractors to provide a turnkey solution for loose medical furnishings, which also includes furnishings and related services, such as; design, installation, transportation, inventorying, and warehousing. Packaged office contractors compete to provide the consolidated services needed when the government procures loose furnishings from individual GSA contractors. Because loose furnishings are manufactured by many different GSA contractors, MO&S relies on the Packaged Office GSA schedule contractor to provide a turnkey solution to supply all the loose furnishings required under each call order. Types of MHS facilities that MO&S supports include, but are not limited to; hospitals, medical and health clinics, dental clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, veterinary clinics, administrative and logistical facilities, medical materials handling facilities, research, training/classroom, and storage. The Government is performing market research in order to determine sources available that possess the capability to execute the kind of work identified in attachment 1: Miscellaneous Furniture and Furnishings Capabilities Statement. Interested sources should provide a completed Capabilities Statement in order to facilitate the Government's market research efforts. 2. Submission Requirements: This Sources Sought announcement is unrestricted to allow small and large businesses to respond. Any firm that believes it can provide a product that meets the Government's need is invited to submit a completed capability statement, no later than 12:00pm Central time on 22 January 2026. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist, Brandalyn Fox at Brandalyn.L.Fox@usace.army.mil. This notice is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Questions concerning submissions should be directed to Brandalyn Fox at Brandalyn.L.Fox@usace.army.mil. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
