Description

The contractor provides a range of services to support OCIO/OPS operations and provides IT support to OCIO/OPS customers. The services include service desk, desk side support, infrastructure support, security operations, network operations, managing service requests, proactive monitoring, and hardware and software maintenance and support. The contractor ensures the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, resolves technical issues, implements upgrades and updates, and provides proactive monitoring and maintenance to optimize performance and minimize downtime. The contractor enables the organization to effectively utilize technology and ensure the reliability, security and efficiency of IT systems to minimize downtime. The total period of performance is 18 months, inclusive of option periods.
