Description
The primary objective is to implement a robust and versatile real-time PCR platform that can significantly enhance the efficiency and innovation of our discovery research, with specific emphasis on high-sensitivity quantification of gene expression, genotyping, and multiplex analysis capabilities. The research projects require a sophisticated real-time PCR platform for accurate quantitative measurements and analysis of DNA and RNA targets. The Real-Time PCR System provides the technological capabilities essential for achieving the molecular analysis goals outlined in ongoing and planned research initiatives. The vendor will provide the Real-Time PCR System with the following specifications: 96-well or 384-well block configuration with fast protocol capability White LED excitation source with OptiFlex technology (6 decoupled channels for 96-well or 5 coupled channels for 384-well format) VeriFlex Block technology with 6 independent temperature zones Integrated touchscreen interface with cloud connectivity Compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines Completion of 40-cycle runs in under 30 minutes (96-well) or 35 minutes (384-well) Factory calibration for multiple dyes including FAM, SYBR Green, VIC, NED, ABY, JUN, Mustang Purple, TAMRA, Cy5, and ROX
