Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES The 97th Maintenance Group at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma requires one (qty 1) DANIELS MANUFACTURING CORPORATION C-17 wiring maintenance tool kit, as specified in Technical Order (TO) 1C-17A-2-00WD-00-1. The 97th Contracting Squadron intends to make award to DANIELS MANUFACTURING CORPORATION; CONTRACTOR (CAGE: 11851), due to this being the only source capable of providing a TO compliant kit. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Requests for documentation, additional information, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a single source procurement. Capability statements are due by 20 MAR 26 at 9:00 AM CST. Capability statements shall be submitted by email ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to lauren.coleman.4@us.af.mil and kacie.halpain@us.af.mil. Capability statements and supporting documentation provided after the due date listed above will not be reviewed. Please see attached Single Source Justification for further information.
