Description
***Amendment 0001*** See attached SF30 for details. The Defense Logistics Agency Strategic Materials (DLA SM), by and through the DLA Contracting Services Office � Columbus Division 3 (DCSO-C3), intends to solicit and award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Vanadium Pentoxide with a five-year ordering period utilizing Firm Fixed-Price (FPP) delivery orders. This is a solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation).
