Effective 02 February 2026: The virtual industry day scheduled for 05 February 2026 will now be held from 1100 - 1300 EST, not 1300 - 1500 EST as previously announced. All other details remain the same. NOTICE � Please be advised that the scheduled Industry Days are contingent upon the availability of federal appropriations. In the event of a lapse in appropriations or a government shutdown, the events may be postponed or canceled. The Government will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by attendees in preparation for these events. Please monitor this posting for any updates regarding the status of the events. INDUSTRY DAYS � Caisson Wagons VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAY DAY 1 LOCATION: Virtual over MS Teams DATE: 05 February 2026 TIME: 1100 � 1300 Eastern Standard Time (EST) DAY 2 LOCATION: Virtual over MS Teams DATE: 06 February 2026 TIME: Specific one-on-one times TBD If you want to sign up for a virtual one-on-one with the Government, please use the registration sheet to indicate you would like a one-on-one. IN-PERSON INDUSTRY DAY LOCATION: Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Virginia. Specific location TBD. DATE: 19 February 2026 TIME: Group meeting in the morning, time TBD. Specific individual one-on-one meeting times TBD. If you want to sign up for an in-person one-on-one with the Government, please use the registration sheet to indicate you would like a one-on-one. The Old Guard (TOG) 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment is hosting Industry Days to provide additional information on an upcoming requirement for Caisson Wagons. A virtual session will be held on 05 February 2026, followed by an in-person session on 19 February 2026. The U.S. Army Caisson Detachment conducts memorial affairs operations in support of all Joint Services in Arlington National Cemetery to honor our Nation�s fallen service members and their families. On order, the Caisson Detachment provides assets in support of State Funeral missions and key strategic engagement ceremonies in and beyond the National Capitol Region. Caisson wagons are required for the Detachment Soldiers to complete military funerals, fulfilling their daily mission. These scheduled Industry Days are open to both large and small business categories and will provide the opportunity for a presentation to get an overview of the Caisson Wagons requirement. REGISTRATION Registration for attendance for the virtual and/or in-person Industry Day is required. Please email the Contracting Team at usarmy.jbsa.acc-micc.mbx.tsc-div1@army.mil with the completed registration document �Caisson_Wagons_Industry_Day_Registration_Virtual_and_In-Person� no later than 04 February 2026 at 1400 EST (for virtual) and 12 February 2026 at 1400 EST(for in-person). Late respondents, those not pre-registered, or those not providing the correct information will not be provided the link to attend the virtual Industry Day. If unable to attend either Industry Days, written questions will be accepted until 25 February 2026 at 1400 EST. These questions can be emailed to the Contracting Team at usarmy.jbsa.acc-micc.mbx.tsc-div1@army.mil.
