Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY to request information for Government planning purposes only. Responses will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. The Government is not committed to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this announcement. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking qualified and capable potential vendors. This is a sources-sought synopsis for market research purposes and not a solicitation for receipt of proposals or quotations. The U.S. Army, Detroit Arsenal is seeking prospective contractors to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large business. If your company is interested and can demonstrate the firm�s ability, capability and responsibility to deliver the item summarized below, the Government encourages you to respond to this announcement with a statement of your qualifications and capability. This request for information (RFI) is for the potential requirement of the following: NOUN: SATS BASE IN MOBILE NSN: 4910-01-531-2053 P/N: KTCS1753 NAICS: 334514 Additionally, please answer the following questions: 1. Is this item available to the commercial marketplace? 2. What is your minimum sustaining rate for this item? 3. What is your production lead time? 4. If you are a small business, does your method of fulling the contract comply with the limitations of the subcontracting clause?
