This is amendment 2 to solicitation # 36C24925R0053_1 for 5-year non emergence wheelchair transportation ICO Mountain Home TN. This amendment is to address additional contractor questions missed in the first solicitation amendment. Due to posting issues the CO had to use this method to post the questions and answers.
