A1: This is not a brand-new contract and is currently being serviced by an SDVOSB. Q2: If it is not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? A2: The current contract number is: 36C25923C0109. Q3: Is the work to be performed at the primary VAMC? A3: Yes, work is to be performed at primary VAMC Rocky Mountain Regional (RMR) facility in Aurora, CO. Q4: Will any of the inventoried items be conducted at local CBOCs? A4: No, it will be focused on primary VAMC at RMR. Q5: Does the government require operator-level maintenance, in addition to the OEM-recommended professional scheduled maintenance inspections outlined in Attachment B? A5: Completing preventative maintenance requirements based on OEM recommended professional schedules is required. Q6: Does the government require a callback for service after a service request is placed, versus a Field Engineer being on-site within 4 hours? A7: Yes.
