Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Gruber Technical Inc., UEI No.: Z5BMZGLTC4D1 for Battery, Capacitor, and Fan Replacement as required by the Radiology Department. The period of performance will be a one (1) base year from Date of Award. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Gruber Technical Inc. in accordance with RFO 12.102-1(a), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Gruber Technical Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Daisha Richards, Purchasing Agent, at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov by 10:00am EST on Friday, May 22, 2026. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
