This procurement will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis and procured in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 � Contracting by Negotiation. The requirement quantity is 131 EA, with price breaks ranging from (100 EA -125 EA) and (126 EA -155 EA) included. The delivery time is 350 days.
