Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement will provide a single point of accountability and coordination for NRC in the delivery of Support Services for the Technical Training Center (TTC) (See Attached ATTACHMENT 2 - SOW). Quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 31310026R0011 is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ) for NRC�s Technical Training Center (TTC) Simulator Configuration Program, where support services is needed. This is a Full and Open competition requirement with an anticipated award date of July 31st, 2026. Due to the nature of this acquisition, it is not set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519, with a $34.0M small business size standard, and the product/service code is R425. Quoters must be registered in the System of Awards Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov , and FedConnect to be considered for award. The government will award a hybrid contract, primarily firm-fixed price with a Time-and-Materials CLIN, to the quoter whose proposal best meets the solicitation criteria.
