Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), Solicitation No. W912EE26RA006, for Multiple Award Task Order Contract for the Lease of Cutterhead, Hydraulic Pipeline Dredges (not Less than 24-inch Diameter), Fully Operated with Attendant Plant and Personnel, and with a Draft not to Exceed Nine Feet, for Construction and Maintenance Dredging within the Vicksburg District. MVK proposes to award Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts, with a combined contract capacity of $99.5M and a five-year (60 month) ordering period to all qualifying offerors. This is an unrestricted procurement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Construction - Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities, with a size standard of $37M. Features of the work include furnishing, delivering and operating cutterhead, hydraulic pipeline dredges (not less than 24-inch diameter), fully operated with attendant plant and personnel with a draft not to exceed 9 feet for construction and maintenance dredging within the bounds of MVK. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of each dredging task order issued is estimated to be between $5 million and $10 million. Individual task orders will be issued throughout the life of the contract and will designate the location and types of work to be performed. Plans and specifications will be available on the Contract Opportunities Website at https://sam.gov/. Offerors ma register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at https://sam.gov/. Hard copies or CDs will not be available. Offerors are encouraged to check often for changes (AMENDMENTS) to the posted solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or around January 2026 with proposals due in February 2026, thrity (30) days after the solicitation is issued.
