Description

NOTICE OF INTENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16), Network Contracting Office (NCO 16) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with SCRIPTPRO USA, INC. 5828 REEDS ROAD, MISSION, KS 66202-2740 in accordance with (41 U.S.C. 152(3) and 40 U.S.C. 501) as implemented by FAR PART 8.405-6. The contract will be effective November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026. This contract is needed to ensure that all equipment is maintained to operate in a correct and safe manner as intended and designed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Also, this contract will ensure that the software operates as designed and is updated with the latest versions. The NAICS code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This is for informational purposes only and is not construed as a commitment by the Government. This notice is NOT a request for competitive offers. No solicitation is available, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any information submitted in response to this notice of intent is strictly voluntary and at no cost or obligation to the Government.
