Amendment 02 Correction in the statement of work, 4.0 Deliverables / Schedule, Line Item No. 1, Qty 18 (Rev SOW - Attach 002) Correction in the schedule of items, period of performance end date for option year 3 is 03/31/2030 and option year 4 is 03/31/20301. (Rev SOI - Attach 003) AMENDMENT 01 A site visit will be conducted at the North River Ranger District located at 401 Oakwood Drive, Harrisonburg, VA on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Questions may be submitted no later than Tuesday, February 10, 2025 no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Offers due date has been extended to Friday, February 13, 2026 no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Any responses already submitted may be resubmitted by the new date if needed. The USDA Forest Service requires ground maintenance services at the North River Ranger District Administrative and Work Center Sites located at 401 Oakwood Drive in Harrisonburg, Virginia. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12443926Q0004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Ground Maintenance Services and includes mowing and trimming grass, weed and brush sprouts at the North River Ranger District sites. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, transportation, labor and supervision necessary to perform the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730. The small business size standard is $9.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
