The design-build services shall develop a complete design with supporting specifications, analysis (with hazardous material survey for asbestos and lead-based paints), and proposed construction project schedule; followed by construction services to include demolition (to include abatement of any asbestos and lead-based paint if present); new installation, and commissioning fire alarm systems in accordance with Unified Facility Criteria (UFC); design drawings and specifications; and other design standards and guidance. Phase 1 will be dedicated to the design of the project and result in the 65% design package being submitted to USG. At the same time the 65% design is delivered Phase 2, which is dedicated to construction, will kick off. Phase 3 will involve tasks finishing up construction, testing, demobilizing, etc. See attachments below for all relevant documents. For the proposal, all "if applicable" items shall be priced as if they are all applicable. Any proposals with these items not priced will be deemed unacceptable. A site visit for any interested parties will be held on November 3rd, 2025 at 2:00 PM MST to walk through the facility and have any questions related to the design-build or technical aspects answered.
