Amendment 0001 The purpose of amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA3016-26-Q-0047 is to make the following changes: Pre-Bid Questions & Answers shall be provided within this amendment. The UTA Schedule shall be provided within this amendment No other terms or conditions were changed. Acknowledged receipt by signing the endorsement below and submitting with your firm�s quote REFERENCE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS **************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services using a Blanket Purchase Agreement prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626Q0047 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Lodging BPA for the 433rd AW at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland. Supplier shall provide commercial lodging for Government personnel in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Atch 1) when requested by an individual identified on the Authorized Caller letter. The period of performance is five years from date of Blanket Purchase Agreement establishment. All work shall be in accordance with commercial and industrial standards. (Refer to the Statement of Work and BPA Terms and Conditions for more information) This acquisition is Total Set Aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.Payment will be paid by Government Purchase Card (GPC), Government Travel Card (GTC), or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All costs associated with the use of these cards (i.e. transaction fees) shall be included in the price identified in the Price List for applicable type of room. Question Submission Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than 11:00 AM CST on Friday, 17 April 2026. Response to questions will be posted by the Government on SAM.gov, contracting opportunities website as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered. Quote Submission Deadline: All quotes, along with the completed portions of the solicitation, must be received by 04:00 PM CST on Friday, 24 April 2026.
