Description
The Government has a requirement to procure commercial electronic targetry components and incidental onsite installation services to convert existing hardwired Stationary Infantry Targets (SIT) and Stationary Armor Targets (SAT) to a wireless configuration. The required components include Command and Control Boards (72 SIT, 27 SAT), Wire and Antenna Kits (99 total), and RF Modules (99 total), along with the necessary onsite installation to integrate these components into the existing range infrastructure. This modernization requirement supports live-fire training and range operations at Fort Riley, Kansas. Converting the current hardwired target lifters to a wireless system is necessary to improve range reliability, mitigate continuous maintenance issues associated with degraded physical wiring, and ensure uninterrupted training capabilities for military personnel. There are no option periods or "Option to Extend Services" clauses associated with this effort. All supplies and onsite installation services are required to be delivered and performed at Fort Riley, Kansas. No unique geographic limitations exist beyond the requirement for the installation to occur on-site at the Fort Riley training ranges
