SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY AND YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT AN OFFER. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES/PROPOSALS (RFQ). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Services/Capabilities Sought: 194th Wing, Washington Air National Guard at Camp Murray anticipates a requirement for Weekend Dining Facility Services for lunch meals, 3 consecutive days a month, to include setup, preparation, cooking, and cleanup. The meal content, preparation, and inspection requirements are regulated according to DoD and Air Force nutritional standards; food is supplied by 194th Wing Force Support Squadron. Meals will be prepared/cooked and served at Camp Murray�s dining facility. Contractor employees would be required to qualify for and maintain base access passes. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Codes proposed are 722310 or 722320. A description of capabilities in providing required services described above, and 2.) Experience from the last three years for similar services, including government contract numbers if applicable, and customers, is recommended. Business Status (based on NAICS 722310 or 722320): Please indicate the business status of your company (Socio-Economic Factors: 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, Small Disadvantaged Business etc). Randolf-Sheppard Act: Please indicate your business status in regards to the Randolf-Sheppard Act with the employment of blind persons for cafeteria and snack bar services. General questions(s): If any, relating to this Sources Sought posting that need to be clarified prior to release of an RFQ. Responses are due no later than 30 January 2026 at 4:00pm. Who should respond: All companies to include service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB), veteran-owned small businesses (VOSB), certified HUB-Zone, certified 8(a), small businesses, and large businesses are encouraged to respond. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Notice, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government�s best interest. If you are considering entering into a teaming arrangement, you should provide the name of all teaming partners, the anticipated type of teaming arrangements, address the specific services each member will provide and include applicable professional qualifications and experience for each member, and to what extent your company has worked with the proposed teaming partners in the past. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quote (RFQ), if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM.gov website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
