Description
Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for Brand Name Combatant Craft Oils & Lubricants. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $10,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $1,950,000.00 The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 324199, All Other Petroleum and Coal Products Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 950 employees. The brand name justification will be posted with this notice. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
