Sources Sought: Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Recruiting Event Services 1.0 Background and Purpose This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an invitation for bid, nor does its issuance restrict the Government�s ultimate acquisition approach. The Government is currently conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced, and interested sources capable of providing comprehensive coordination, facility management, and execution services for a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) recruiting event. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry, to include both large and small businesses. 2.0 Scope of Work The prospective vendor shall provide all personnel, facilities, and coordination required to host and manage the TACP recruiting event. Core requirements include: Pre-Event Marketing: Execution of targeted social media campaigns prior to the event to drive recruitment and attendance. Event Coordination: Comprehensive coordination of all scheduling, facilities, and personnel required to host the event. Event Execution: Facilitation of event activities, which must include: Physical fitness testing Recruiter presentations Q&A sessions with special operators Mentorship sessions Team-building exercises 3.0 Capability Requirements To be considered capable of meeting this requirement, interested parties must demonstrate capabilities comparable to the currently identified vendor. Responses must highlight: Documented field experience specifically related to coordinating Special Operations Forces (SOF) athletic and recruiting events. An established, high-visibility social media presence capable of engaging the target recruitment demographic. Ability to provide qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with prior military experience in Special Warfare specifically 1Z3X1 career field to conduct mentorship and Q&A.
