Description
The basis of award for this BPA is lowest price. Future calls will be completed amongst this BPA. It will be awarded to one contractor and will be awarded the lowest offer. Please review the scope of work, specifications, and provide a quote for the requested items. Offerors are instructed to provide quote pricing inclusive of any applicable discounts. The offeror must complete the Price Breakout Schedule contained herein. The successful offeror will be determined the lowest price evaluated priced (base and all options). A single Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded from this RFQ.USACE projects requiring elevator maintenance, inspection, and testing include Caesar Creek Lake located at 4020 N. Clarksville Rd, Waynesville Ohio 45068. William H. Harsha Lake located at 2185 Slade Rd., Batavia Ohio, 45103. Clearance J. Brown Dam and Reservoir located at 2630 Croft Rd., Springfield Ohio 45503. Brookville Lake located at 10064 Overlook Rd., Brookville Indiana 47012. The contractor shall provide and complete selected services for one elevator installed at the intake tower at each location. Efforts/scope includes performing routine maintenance, Annual (No-Load) Safety Test, 5-year (Full Load) Safety Tests, and repairs in accordance with most recent version of ANSI/NETA Maintenance Testing Standard (MTS). Project Elevators differ from site to site. The project reserves the right to choose from which services required.***AMENDMENT 0001*** - Answered questions from contractors and wage rate information. ***AMENDMENT 0002*** Answered questions from contractors.
