SPECIAL NOTICE � DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) W58RGZ-26-R-0008 This is a SPECIAL NOTICE regarding the DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) W58RGZ-26-R-0008 posted via SAM.gov on 01 April 2026. This notice provides details for the upcoming pre-proposal conference and site visit. Please note that the Government is currently reviewing questions received from industry; applicable responses will be provided via separate notice. The Government is unable to provide an estimated release date for the formal RFP W58RGZ-26-R-0008 at this time. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov regularly for future updates. To participate in the pre-proposal conference and/or site visit, interested parties must register by submitting requested information outlined in attached PDF fillable document �AFM III Conference & Site Visit�. Submissions must be sent via the DOD SAFE Site (https://safe.apps.mil/) to the following points of contact no later than noon, CST, Tuesday, 5 May 2026: Contracting Officer: Mrs. Antionette R. Refer to the attachment: �ACC-RSA AFM-III Pre-Proposal Conference-Site Visit Agenda� for further details regarding specific times and locations. Direct all questions regarding this solicitation to the e-mail addresses listed above. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE A pre-proposal conference for RFP W58RGZ-26-R-0008 is scheduled to clarify requirements and provide a forum for interested vendors to ask questions regarding the solicitation. The conference will be held at 3777 Maintenance Row, Redstone Arsenal (RSA), 35898 (conference room #102) with a virtual option via MS Teams (connection details will be forwarded to all registered attendees prior to the conference). Pre-proposal conference date and location: Thursday, 7 May 2026, 3777 Maintenance Row, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898 and virtual option via MS Teams. Access to RSA for the pre-proposal conference is the responsibility of the contractor. The Gate 9 Visitor center is open from 0600-1730 Monday-Friday. U.S. Citizens possessing either a Common Access Card (CAC) or Military ID may access RSA via any gate. Non-DoD visitors without CAC or Military ID must obtain an RSA Visitor Badge at the Visitor Control Center. Per FAR 15.106(a)(2), nothing stated during the pre-proposal conference or the concurrent site visit will qualify or modify the terms of the solicitation unless it is formally amended in writing. SITE VISIT(S) A site visit for viewing the representative work site(s) is scheduled for Friday, 8 May 2026, at Fort Campbell, KY in conjunction with the pre-proposal conference. All parties will meet Government representatives at Gate #7 Glider Rd, Fort Campbell, KY 42223, prior to proceeding to tour site.
