Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2025-06. Attachments: B 01 - Combined Synopsis_Solicitation - Medlog FY26-31: Lists the required Combined Synopsis Solicitation details, clauses and provisions. A.02. PWS and PRS Medlog 2.5.2026: Details the performance work required. B 04 SCA Wage Determination: Lists the wage rated applicable to this requirement.
