Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Request for Quote) for 500 LastPass Business user subscriptions, along with associated reseller support, for one base year and four option years (commercial products) prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, 03/13/2026. There is no set-aside for this requirement and the associated NAICS is 513210 with a small business size standard of $47.0M. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services [Offers will be evaluated on price alone] 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services Questions are due no later than July 15, 2026 at 11AM Eastern Time.
