Description
The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable of providing On-Site Telephone Switchboard Operator Services and Administrative Support for the Salem VA Medical Center, located in Salem, VA. The solicitation is for a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, SDVOSB. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed contract. A Request for Quotation, RFQ, will be issued on, or around, Friday, April 10, 2026. To be eligible for the award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov at the time the quote is submitted and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award. The prospective contractor must also have updated and correct information in the VA Financial Service Center s Customer Engagement Portal at the time the quote is submitted. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or Small Business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company provides 51% of the requirement. The North American Industry Classification Code, NAICS, is 561421 (Telephone Answering Services), Product Service Code is R699 (Support-Administrative: Other) and the Size Standard is $19 Million.
