THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST TO BE ADDED TO A BIDDERS LIST, INVITATION FOR BID, PROMISE TO CONTRACT, OR COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI. THERE IS NO FUNDING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This RFI is being issued via Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) and Navy Electronic Commerce Online (www.neco.navy.mil). There will be no paper copies of this RFI issued and amendments will only be posted to the websites for download. This will be the only method of distribution; therefore, it is the responsibility of interested parties to check the websites periodically for any amendments or updates to this notice.
