Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 36C25726Q0188 The solicitation type: Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 (eff. 10/01/2025) FAR Deviation NOV 2025 (eff. 11/19/2025) VAAR DEVIATION APR 2025 (eff. 04/01/2025) VAAM Alert 26-01 (eff. 10/01/2025) Acquisition Policy Flash 26-23 eff. 11/19/2025) This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 623220 Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities size standard is $19 million. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s)) is included under section B.2 Schedule of Services. Description of services to be acquired for this contract action is provided in section B.3 Performance Work Statement (PWS). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Addendum is included with the provision. The provision at 852-273-73, Evaluation Health-care Resources, specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition, as well as addenda to the clause. Quotes are due by 03:00 PM ET on 03-13-2026. Responses to this RFQ shall be e-mailed to Christopher Herrera at Christopher.herrera5@va.gov.
