Description

Amendment 1: Posted Questions and answers Attachments 3 and 4 added with drawings and specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140FGA26Q0012. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Saratoga National Fish Hatchery, located in Saratoga, WY has a requirement for the repair and replacement of their water treatment system. Period of Performance: 80 Days After NTP The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the government. All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. LPTA evaluation will be based on the following (1). Technical Acceptability and (2) Price The estimated range of this contract is between $25,000 and $250,000. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract and will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Organization to be supported/delivery: USFWS Saratoga National Fish Hatchery 207 Co Rd 207 Saratoga, WY 82331 This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Total Small Business Set Aside and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 15 and 36, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. The NAICS code is 237110 and the small business size standard is $45.0 in millions of dollars. Please submit your quotation as requested in Part IV of the solicitation package attached, 140FGA25Q0012.
