This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all applicable documents for the LevelUP DevSecOps Pipeline & Platform Integration & Licensing Services have been posted/uploaded onto the FEDBIZOPPS website. Please note the following dates: Ask Me Anything Session 1: 11:00 AM CT on 25 September 2019 (Details to follow) Ask Me Anything Session 2: 11:00 AM CT on 3 October 2019 (Details to follow) Quote Due Date: 12:00 PM CT on 16 October 2019 DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED: The AFLCMC LevelUP Branch at JBSA-Lackland, TX, has been tasked to acquire DevSecOps Pipeline & Platform Integration & Licensing Services. The Contractor shall perform all activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Objectives. The period of performance will consist of a five (5) year ordering period from date of BPA issuance. The performance period for all calls placed under this BPA shall not exceed five (5) years from the completion of the ordering period. REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The Government anticipates awarding up to 15 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to a mix of large and small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541512 (size standard $30M). Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of this solicitation are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents are posted with this announcement and made available for viewing in FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). Any amendments to the RFQ (if required) will be posted in FedBizOpps. Interested parties are reminded that they are responsible for checking FedBizOpps for new information concerning this requirement. Any communications with the Government from the date of this solicitation through award shall be directed in writing to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Ms. Christina G. Fernandez. Email correspondence shall be sent to Ms. Fernandez with a copy to the contract specialist, Ms. Dawn Davenport. System for Award Management (SAM) Requirements: Offerors must be registered in the SAM database no later than 1 November 2019.
