The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Benelux is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the requirement for Facilities Maintenance & Repair, APS-2 D�lmen, Services in Germany. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. A draft version of the PWS is attached to this Sources Sought. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) and the estimated period of performance is expected to be five years (five ordering periods). The performance is estimated to commence in April of 2027. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Place of performance: APS-2 D�lmen, Tuzostrsse 1, 48249 D�lmen, Germany. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Contractor shall provide Facilities Maintenance & Repair, Services in D�lmen, Germany in accordance with the draft PWS in attachment. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Answers on next questions/statements: Are you interested to participate in the "Request For Quote" (RFQ) solicitation? Are you able to provide a Firm Fixed Price for a period of performance of 7 years? (No pricing is requested at this time. Firm fixed pricing means established firm pricing which can reflect increases between each year). Is your company familiar with working with the US Government?
