Description

The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Benelux is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the requirement for Facilities Maintenance & Repair, APS-2 D�lmen, Services in Germany. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. A draft version of the PWS is attached to this Sources Sought. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) and the estimated period of performance is expected to be five years (five ordering periods). The performance is estimated to commence in April of 2027. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Place of performance: APS-2 D�lmen, Tuzostrsse 1, 48249 D�lmen, Germany. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Contractor shall provide Facilities Maintenance & Repair, Services in D�lmen, Germany in accordance with the draft PWS in attachment. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Answers on next questions/statements: Are you interested to participate in the "Request For Quote" (RFQ) solicitation? Are you able to provide a Firm Fixed Price for a period of performance of 7 years? (No pricing is requested at this time. Firm fixed pricing means established firm pricing which can reflect increases between each year). Is your company familiar with working with the US Government? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION DETAILS All responses or questions you might have under this Sources Sought must be e-mailed to both: the Contract Specialist, Melissa Westerlind, at melissa.westerlind.ln@army.mil and the Contracting Officer, Amy Russell, at amy.l.russell10.civ@army.mil. All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government. No phone calls will be accepted. All questions must be submitted to the contract specialist and Contracting Officer identified above. The Government is not committed nor obligated to pay for the information provided, and no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought. NOTE: Only Contractors who are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) at the time of award may be awarded a contract as a result of a solicitation. Payments for this requirement will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Contractors shall be registered in WAWF before they could submit an invoice.
