Description
Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to post final Government responses to RFIs, dated 20 Jan 2026, in the attachments/links section. Questions 23 and 208 include updated Government response. It is the respobsibility of all offerors to review RFIs and responses, and make changes to offors if necessary. At this time, no further questions are being accepted. This is an amendment to the solicitation posting only, there is no amendment to the formal solicitation document. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is for the following: 1. Extend submittal date from 23 January 2026 to 28 January 2026, 2. Replace Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, dated 6 January 2026, with Revised Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, dated 14 January 2026, 3. Replace Attachment 2 - Bid Schedule, dated 6 January 2026, with Revised Attachment 2 - Bid Schedule, dated 14 January 2026. Government responses to RFIs have been provided in the Attachments/Links section of this posting. Final follow up questions must be submitted via email and due by 7:00PM EST, 19 Jan 2026. Replace Attachment 3 - Combined Drawings, dated 10 Jan 2025 with revised Attachment 3 - Combined Drawings, dated 8 Jan 2026. As a result, SF 30 Amendment 0001 and referenced revised attachments have been uploaded and are located in the Attachment/Links section of this posting. Government responses to RFIs have been provided in the Attachments/Links section of this posting. Follow up questions must be submitted via email and due by 7:00PM EST, 13 Jan 2026. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial servies, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a proposal that (1) conforms to the requirements of the synopsitation; (2) that receives a rating of �Acceptable� on the Technical Capability evaluation factor (attachment 6); and (3) that submits the proposal with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided that the TEP is not unbalanced and is fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of proposals received and (2) the price fair and reasonableness of proposals received. Solicitation Number: FA8601-26-R-0001 Description of Services: National Museum of the United States Air Force (NMUSAF) Custodial Services NAICS Code: 561720 Small Business Size Standard: $22 Million Set-Aside: Yes, 100% Small Business Set-aside Synopsitation Closing Date: Proposals must be received not later than 4:00PM Eastern, 23 Jan 2026 Submit electronic proposals via e-mail to: alyssa.williams.10@us.af.mil and ladaia.lumpkin@us.af.mil Any correspondence sent via e-mail must contain the subject line �Synopsitation FA8601-26-R-0001.� The entire proposal must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 15 megabytes including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe or .zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson. If sending attachments with email, ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls or .xlsx documents are sent. The email filter may delete any other form of attachments. Upon award, any provisions that were in the draft contract (including representations and certifications) will be removed from the award document. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-05. Site Visit: The site visit will be held on 6 January 2026 at 9am Eastern at the National Museum of the United states Air Force. Site Visit Location Information: All personnel will meet at the entrance of the museum at 9am Eastern.
