Description

Dear Prospective Offerors, The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary, has a requirement for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for all operating administrations under the Department of Transportation; its office is under the Department of Human Resource Management (DOHRM). The DOT anticipates one Fixed Price Priced award from this requirement. The resultant award shall consist of five years inclusive of a (one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option periods). Please review the attached draft SOW and provide comments and questions on the attached excel worksheet. Questions and comments should be directed to Abdul Qader Latifi at Abdul.Latifi@dot.gov and the undersigned at Robin.Golden@dot.gov via email by no later than February 11, 2026, 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. All questions received will be answered/addressed at our virtual industry day to be held on February 19, 2026, via MS Teams from 10:00 a.m. to 12pm Eastern Standard Time. The link will be provided to firms who RSVP to both Abdul Latifi and Robin Golden by February 17, 2026, by 12PM Eastern Standard Time.
