MARINE CORPS SYSTEMS COMMAND PROGRAM MANAGER � INTELLIGENCE AND CYBERSPACE OPERATIONS Request for Information M67854-26-I-0097 This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) notice submitted on behalf of the Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS) Program Manager Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations (PM ICO) Program Office. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and it does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Quotations (RFQ) or a promise to issue a bid, RFQ, or RFP in the future. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any actual procurement of materials, machinery, or services. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely at the responding parties' expense. Respondents are solely responsible for properly marking and clearly identifying any proprietary information or trade secrets contained within their response to this RFI. The Government will not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly marked and clearly identified. Proprietary information received in response to this RFI will be safeguarded and handled in accordance with the Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. 1905). No determination as to the viability of this potential requirement has been made at this point and there is currently no solicitation for this effort. By responding to this market research, you provide the Government permission to share your submitted capabilities and contract information with other Government organizations in relationship to similar requirements for market research purposes. Background, Purpose, and Objective Program Manager Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations is responsible for the Distributed Common Ground/Surface System-Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Program of Record (PoR), which provides the Marine Corps with imagery analysis, targeting material production, geospatial analysis, and geodetic production materiel solutions necessary to support the DCGS-MC GEOINT requirements for the Marine Corps. DCGS-MC GEOINT is a secure, multi-level, integrated, tactical data system that provides Marine analysts with the capability to task, collect, process, analyze, exploit, produce, store, disseminate, and expose GEOINT data and products. DCGS-MC GEOINT provides geo-referenced data and products that establish the GEOINT foundation for battlespace visualization and a common frame of reference to support the commander�s decision-making process. It enables the ability to rapidly respond to, or predict, threats around the world by providing Near Real-time (NRT) geospatially referenced data and products that serve as the Authoritative Data Source for the full spectrum of Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF), joint, and multinational partners operations. The Distributed Common Ground/Surface System-Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Program is seeking capable sources for the procurement of a software solution that can perform photogrammetry operations. DCGS-MC GEOINT supports the Marine Corps GEOINT community. Potential offerors are encouraged to respond in reference to found in Attachment 01 � Photogrammetry Software Required Capabilities by identifying and describing available technology for use within the DCGS-MC GEOINT systems. The information provided in this RFI is notional and may change. The Government is under no obligation to revise any aspect of this RFI should any information provided herein change. The Government will provide any additional information and issue any additional request for information at its sole discretion. Information Sought and Instructions for Responding As the lead program management office for this effort, PM ICO is conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. RFI respondents with proven capability to meet the attached requirements should submit a detailed response. Generic capability statements will not suffice for an effective assessment of their capacity and ability to perform the specific work required. Responses must directly showcase the company's capability, experience, and ability to meet the requirements in this RFI, including the specific information and format described herein. Information provided in response to this Sources Sought Notice shall include: (1) a cover letter, (2) capabilities, and (3) understanding of the requirement. Additional details of the submission requirements have been included in Attachment 01 of this RFI. DCGS- MC GEOINT Photogrammetry Software Required Capabilities and Additional Submission Instructions Attachment 01 � Photogrammetry Software Required Capabilities has been released as a secured document in SAM.gov. To request access to this attachment, submit a request through the Attachment Section of this RFI. Before access is granted, you must complete, sign, and email Attachment 02 � CUI NDA to the Points of Contact listed in this RFI. Once a signed CUI NDA is received by the appropriate POCs, your request will be reviewed for approval.
