Description
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the necessary expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to manufacture the F16 Seat, Aircraft Ejection. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. The last known vendor to supply these items were AMI Industries, Inc. The technical data to manufacture this component part is not owned by the Government is uneconomical to acquire the data by purchase or reverse engineering. No samples are available for potential suppliers to evaluate. SEE ATTACHED. NSN 1680015744006MH, P/N J11471-547 The contractor shall furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services. The contractor is responsible for providing, producing, and calibrating all equipment required at their facility or a subcontractor�s facility. Contractor furnished material or parts used for supplying this service shall equal or exceed the quality of the original material or parts.
