***THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION*** This pre-solicitation pertains to Ice Harbor Dam Navigation Lock Upstream Tainter Gate in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. The intent is to acquire a fabricated Tainter Gate with fabricated storage cradles and with associated services of on-site metrology, off-loading, placement, and installation of temporary fencing. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract with associated services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 332312, and the associated small business size standard is a maximum of 500 employees. The solicitation will be open to unrestricted competition. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals.
