SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Title: Sources Sought for PR 7014526033 [BELT CONVEYOR] Introduction: This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to provide the item described below for a potential future procurement by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. Requirement Details: Item: BELT CONVEYOR Projected Quantity: 174 Each (EA) Nomenclature: BELT CONVEYOR National Stock Number (NSN): 3910-01-626-4127 Potential vendors must be able to meet all technical, quality, and packaging requirements as specified. Packaging and Marking Requirements: All vendors must adhere to the following packaging, packing, and marking requirements: Requirement Standard Details Standard Packaging ASTM D3951 The item will be packaged in accordance with the Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging. Precedence DLA Master List All DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements take precedence over ASTM D3951. Marking and Labeling MIL-STD-129 All packaging and packing must be marked and labeled in accordance with MIL-STD-129, Military Marking for Shipment and Storage. Unit/Quantity Per Contract The Unit of Issue (U/I) and Quantity per Unit Pack (QUP) will be as specified in the resulting contract/purchase order. Palletization RP001 Palletization shall be in accordance with RP001: DLA PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCUREMENT. Submission Instructions for Interested Parties: Interested parties who believe they have the capability to provide this item and meet all the requirements listed are invited to submit a capabilities statement. Your response must include the following information: Company Information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, Phone Number). Entity Information: CAGE Code and Unique Entity ID (UEI). Business Status: A statement regarding your company's business size (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), Woman-Owned, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, etc.). Capability Statement: A brief description of your company's capabilities to manufacture/supply this item and meet the specified packaging and marking requirements. Please include any relevant past performance with the U.S. Government for similar items.
