Description
OUTBOARD MOTOR REPLACEMENT The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. The RFQ due date remains the same, 01/12/2026 1500PST. No additional questions may be allowed. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated 10/01/2025. NAICS: 336612: Boat Building, associated standard size of 1,000. Small business set aside. Parts will be picked up at the vendor's facility within 2-hour driving distance from the USGS warehouse in Troutdale, Oregon. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Please provide the following information: 1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature required 2. Technical submission. Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work 3. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and two or more professional references with contacts 4. Firm, fixed price quote 5. Lead Time 6. Place of Manufacture 7. System for Award Management UEI Attached Pages: Technical specifications, 2 pages 889 Certification Document, 2 pages Clauses and Provisions, 21 pages Questions are due in writing to yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 01/07/2026, 1500 PST. Responses are due to the Contracting Officer's email address at yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 01/12/2026, 1500 PST. Quotations submitted by hardcopy shall not be accepted or considered.
