SOURCES SOUGHT ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- REQUIRED RESPONSE DATE: 11:59 pm EST on 10/21/2025 Contract Specialist: Zachary Mullins Email: zachary.mullins@dla.mil ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit the following Long-Term Contract: NSN 5960013193932 ITEM NAME ELECTRON TUBE Unit of Issue EA ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The AMC/AMSC for the NSNs listed above is �1/G� AMC "1" Suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. AMSC "G" The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. (This is the only AMSC that implies that parts are candidates for full and open competition. Other AMSCs such as K, M, N, Q, and S may imply limited competition when two or more independent sources exist, yet the technical data package is inadequate for full and open competition.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 334419 with Small Business size standard of 750 employees. This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is strictly for market research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the capability and availability of qualified businesses that are capable of executing this potential contract. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. EXPORT CONTROL OF TECHNICAL DATA This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to export-control of either the International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and cannot be exported without prior authorization from either the Department of State or the Department of Commerce. Export includes disclosure of technical data to foreign persons and nationals whether located in the United States or abroad. This requirement applies equally to foreign national employees and U.S. companies and their foreign subsidiaries. DFARS 252.225-7048 is applicable to this data. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) limits distribution of export-control technical data to DLA contractors that have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, have completed the Introduction to Proper Handling of DOD Export-Controlled Technical Data Training and the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire (both are available at the web address given below), and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data. Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at: https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/EnhancedValidation/ To be eligible for award, offerors and any sources of supply proposed for use are required to have an approved JCP certification and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access export-controlled data managed by DLA.
