Description
Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Vital Images, Inc, a subsidiary of Canon Medical Systems for Vitrea Software License, Maintenance, and Updates for the following: VitreaAdvanced, Vitrea One Concurrent User (total of 3 licenses) VitreaAdvanced, VitreaCore Unlimited User VitreaAdvanced, Enterprise Enablement-System VitreaAdvanced, CT VScore App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Cardiac Analysis App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Brain Perfusion 2D App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Cardiac Analysis App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Lung Nodule Analysis App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Colon Analysis App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Endovascular Stent Planning Analysis App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Cardiac EP Planning App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Cardiac Functional Analysis App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Mirada Oncology Fusion Core App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Mirada Oncology Fusion ADV App-System VitreaAdvanced, CT Medis Suite Cardiovascular MR-System VitreaAdvanced, CT MeVis Visia Lung Software-System Vital Images, Inc is the only vendor authorized to provide licenses, maintenance, and upgrades. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. VitreaAdvanced Software is already in use. This request is for sustainment of an existing service. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a one-year base plus four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 513210 with a business size standard of $47.0 million. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM Local Time (Central) March 4, 2026. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. This evidence shall include a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating vendor is an authorized service vendor per VAAR Clause 852.212-71(c). Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, Joni Dorr, joni.dorr@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
