Description

GENERAL INFORMATION The 42d Communications Squadron (42 CS) at Maxwell AFB, AL 36112-6334, has a requirement to provide Maxwell AFB with a redundant backup for the existing Forum Alert III Secondary Crash Network System. This backup will allow the 42d Operations Support Squadron (42 OSS) to augment the ability of Maxwell AFB First Responders to react to any airfield emergency, in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (Reference-Number F2X3A16023AC01). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2025-03, and the DFARS Change 20250117. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made IAW the following: NAICS Code: 334210; Size Standard: 1,250 Employees IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. THE GOVERNMENT IS SOLICITING FOR �OPEN MARKET� QUOTES ONLY. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) QUOTES, OR OTHER GOVERNMENT-WIDE ACQUISITION CONTRACTS (GWAC) QUOTES, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 2. ALL PRODUCTS/ LICENSES MUST BE NEW: NO USED/ REFURBISHED OR USED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 3. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
