Description

The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), located at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA, is conducting market research on behalf of the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM), G-6 Installation Systems Branch (ISB). The purpose is to identify small business vendors capable of providing Capacity as a Service (CaaS) to support its Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) core infrastructure, laboratory environments, and data centers. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for market research and planning purposes. It provides industry an opportunity to ask questions and offer suggestions regarding the draft technical specifications outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Vendors questions are due no later than 8:00 AM EDT, 12 December 2025.
