Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912LR26QA010 Purpose: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted by the industry on or before 12 March 2026 at 2:00pm local time. The period for questions closed on 12 March 2026. Questions received after date for receipt of questions will not be answered. There are no changes to the date for the response date for receipt of quotations. All current terms and conditions, unless explicitly specified in this amendment, remain in full force and effect. A site visit will not be conducted for this requirement. NAICS Codes: 562111 This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference in full effect. Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Puerto Rico Army National Guard Facilities, as defined in this PWS. Evaluation: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on the lowest acceptable price that meets the requirements specified in the solicitation. This acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial items.
