Description

See the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W911N226QA039 and AMENDMENT 0001 and attachments. The attached Purchase Description (PD) and Simplified Justification and Approval (J&A) establish the minimum requirements for the purchase of one (1) DITMCO Model 2650, Modular Test Analyzer (MTA) System in support of electrical testing of various electronics such as chassis, cables, and harnesses. This is a one-time procurement. The procurement will be unrestricted. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing, the size standard is 750 employees, and the product service code is 6625 - Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments. All interested sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted all quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Quoters may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov. Quotes shall be provided no later than 22 June 2026 at 1200 Eastern Time via email to the Contract Specialist Danielle Rhone at danielle.r.rhone.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer Thomas Hall at thomas.c.hall111.civ@army.mil. This combined synopsis/solicitation by no means binds the Government and is for information purposes only.
