Description
This Sources Sought notice is for market research purposes only. It is not a solicitation, a request for proposal, or a commitment to award a contract. The information gathered will help determine if a small business set-aside is appropriate for a future solicitation. The government will not pay for any information submitted, and responses will not be returned. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marianas is issuing this notice to identify firms capable of meeting the requirements in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). We are seeing to identify qualified small business and firms in other socio-economic categories that are interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement. We highly encourage responses from Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned (WOSB/EDWOSB), and Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB/VOSB) firms. 1. Background 1.1 Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Command Information Office (CIO) requires Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) and Electronic Security Systems (ESS) maintenance and engineering support for network modernization, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and cloud migration efforts. 1.2 The work requires two key personnel on-site: Senior Systems Engineer: Must possess extensive experience in network engineering and hold valid CCNP Enterprise and CISSP certifications. Electronics Technician: Must possess hands-on experience with radio systems and hold a valid CompTIA Security+ certification. 2. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2.1. The proposed NAICS code is 541513 � Computer Facilities Management Services, with a Small Business Size Standard as $37.0 in millions of dollars. 3. Submission Requirements: 3.1. Interested vendors are requested to provide a Capability Statement including the following: Company Information: Name, address, and primary Point of Contact (Name, Phone, Email). CAGE Code: Must be active and registered in SAM.gov. Business Size/Socio-economic Status: Indicate business size and any applicable certifications (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, SDB, or SB) under the proposed NAICS code. Contract Vehicles: Indicate if these services are available via General Services Agency Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and provide the contract number. Past Performance: Brief summary of similar projects performed for Government agencies, including agency name, POC, and contract number.
