Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Faclity, Chinle, Arizona intends to award multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with four (4) vendors for hearing aids and supplies: WS Audiology USA, Inc. Sonova USA Inc. GN Hearing Care Corporation dba Resound Oticon, Inc. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 02/14/2026 at 12:00pm MST. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in Federal Business Opportunities. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
