Request for Information THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY � This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Agency: U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone in support of the U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) is conducting market research to obtain capability information in support of USATA in accordance with FAR 15.201(e). 2. PSC Code: 6680 Liquid and gas flow, liquid level, and mechanical motion measuring instruments 7. NAICS Code: 334514 Totalizing Fluid Meter and Counting Device Manufacturing Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals 8. Response Date: 25 June 2026 2:00PM Eastern Time. 9. Primary Points of Contact: Contracting Officer: Portia R. Description: The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone Services & IT Solution Branch, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide one (1) Primary Standard Liquid Flow Calibrator or equivalent for a life-cycle replacement for an older similar calibrator that is becoming inoperable due to repair parts being unavailable. The equipment shall be delivered to APSL, located at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal. The Liquid Flow Calibrators module shall include the following specifications or equivalent (if not brand name): Maximum measurement capability of 60 GPM Utilize CFlow+ software Provide temperature control of fluids (heating and cooling) Flow calibrators must have an uncertainty of 0.05% or better at k=2 Flow meter calibrators must be compatible with all turbine meters and flowmeters (rotameters, frequency output, analog output) 11.
